Love

I’ve been using Tenobet since roughly February, and I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of history to say something useful. Came across it via a mate who wanted a site with half-decent slot coverage without the usual deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s honestly massive — about 3,500+ games by my count, with the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for the football, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. To check the live offers, have a look over on tenobet if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was the verification — they took a day and a half to verify me, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Works fine on my iPhone but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
Been playing at Tenobet since about February, and I reckon I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who was after somewhere with proper slot coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,000+ slots going by the counter, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, signing up took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part for me. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was KYC — took about two days to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish in the evenings. Support’s live chat, English, decent, but the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
